A certificate of authenticity (COA) is a seal, small sticker, and/or physical card generated by a proprietary computer program made to demonstrate that the item is authentic. COAs have a license number on them, which verifies that the item is a genuine, legal copy. Some come as solely holograms from a reputable source, holograms directly from the player themself, while some also include a card containing the same matching serial number as that found on the seal/hologram. 

The COA should include full contact information of the individual or entity that issued the certificate, including his/her complete and current contact information. All our memorabilia is 100% guaranteed to include all autographs that are authentic and this is done by only accepting, authenticating, and/or collecting item from only top reputable sources in the industry.

Ensuring the authenticity of the autographs on the memorabilia we offer is extremely important to this culture and industry. Unfortunately, not all authenticators are reputable.

All items listed online include detailed descriptions including the authentication provided for that item. Some items will include a hologram with a matching COA while other items with only have a tamper proof serially numbered hologram that can be verified against the authenticators website. These tamper proof holograms are considered as acceptable authentication within the industry.

This is a special hologram form of authentication approved directly by the athlete themselves. These are applied at the same time the item is being signed to ensure authenticity. These tamper proof holograms are considered as acceptable authentication within the industry.

Stock images are used when we have more than one (1) of the same, identical item being offered. We guarantee the item received will be of equal quality and that of what is represented within the listing and description at the time of purchase. Please note, the serial number listed on any COA or hologram within these stock images will always be different on the item(s) you receive and will not be exactly the same number as shown in the image, however, the COA source will remain the same.

We use the Stripe platform for all payment processing allowing us to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, & Apple Pay as well as PayPal & PayPal Credit.

All items purchased before 3PM ET Monday through Friday will typically be shipped within the same business day. Purchases made after 3PM ET on any given day of the week, will always ship on the next business day.

All our items ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, giving all our customers their preference in carrier. Please note, estimated delivery dates are subject to change due to many reasons such as weather conditions, carrier issues, accidents, unforeseen circumstances, etc. We have no control over issues the carrier may experience and cannot refund any shipping costs if the package is lost due to a carrier issue.

To ensure the integrity of all our autographed items, all memorabilia sales are final. All items come certified with a COA from the most exceptional, respected, well known, and recognized leaders within the sports memorabilia and autograph authentication services. 

If 412TheBrand Collection items are purchased and the item(s) are received damaged, please reach out to us immediately with specific details within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) so we can assist you further as quickly as possible. 

Yes, insurance is included by default with every item shipped. Larger items with cases are double-boxed and padded for extra security during transit.

When importing items internationally, it is possible for additional fees such as duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, are to be due upon delivery.  These fees are not controlled by us in any way nor paid to us. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for all import fees. We will not, under any circumstance, declare a lesser value on any international package.
